Delete your Sweatum account

This closes your account and removes your personal information. It can't be undone.

What is deleted

Your name, email, phone and password
Your ID documents and profile (address, emergency contact, medical notes)
Your goals, progress records, food logs and bookmarks
Your notifications and any password-reset links

Bills and payment records are kept because tax law requires it. They show "Deleted member" instead of a name. See our Privacy Policy.

Sign in to delete your account. In the Sweatum app, open Profile → Delete account. If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from your account's email address.
